Our products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds
Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions
If you experience any of the following issues:
- You did not receive your download.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- There is a technical problem preventing access to the product.
